It sure does, although there is one caveat!
Whenever an International (non-US) buyer makes a purchase, CardJones takes a flat 5% fee (rather than the typical 5% of the first $25 and 2.5% of the amount over that).
On the plus side, whenever a CardJones transaction is International, the seller gets triple the normal shipping credit!
We also plan to add international trading card versions to our database as time goes on.
